We have a room for rent in a charming house on Beacon Hill. The house is on a dead end street with ample parking and very little traffic. We are close to the bus line and just minutes from Down Town (quick easy access to the fwy). The room is approx. 11’ x 13’ with a 3’ x 4’ closet for your storage. The room has 2 windows with a view of the Seattle Water Front. It will have fresh paint and new blinds. Shared space on the main floor with a quiet mature couple is a living room with a fireplace and a great view. Large dining room, kitchen and bathroom along with an exercise room. There is a BBQ area and yard to enjoy the beautiful Seattle summer. The room could be furnished if needed. The room has cable for TV and high speed internet. There is also laundry facilities downstairs.
We are looking for a non-smoker with no pets. Someone quiet, courteous and friendly to join our happy home. We encourage shared meals and BBQ’S and a comfortable living environment while respecting each others privacy. We do like to keep a clean and tidy home. Background and credit check required.
